High season
We do not raise our rates during high season. However, for logistical reasons, the following conditions apply:
Arrivals are from 3:00 p.m. and departures are before 12:00 p.m. (noon).
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Cancellation and changes to your stay
Once your booking is confirmed, the kennel run is reserved for your dog only for that period. You may pick up your dog early if your plans change, but the full stay will be charged.
